when creating item manually the acive price list in retail store is ok no issue. But when I import items through Data import and export the acive price list always zero. find below screenshot.

I did not see the same issue earlier for AX2012. Are you on AX2012 R2 or R3?
To find out what is wrong, we would need much more information.
I will leave this for the community to answer. Let's see if anybody has experienced the same and can advise for you anything.
