Hi my company are doing a 2 week review in its use of D365.
I'm the UX Designer and the company is a regulated financial services company.
There's great hesitation from the company to do anything that could break with releases but users are frustrated on how it works right now. I'm focusing on the Information architecture and persona views as a way to bring change, as I think much of the useful functionality and UI design doesn't stand much if a chance, but looking for 2 things:
1) last UX guidelines i can find are 2015, wondering if theres anything more recent. I haven't worked much with CRMs and wondering if theres useful config material for the team there
2) has anyone successfully configured decent looking UI design in D365 that doesn't break with Microsoft releases?
Thanks in advance.
Vicky
