How can create Letter of Guarantee and Letter of credit at Microsoft Dynamics nav 2016

Which version of NAV 2016 are you using? These functionalities are not available with standard W1 version of NAV database.

As far as I know, those documents are not available neither in W1 version, nor in any localization in Egypt, known to me. If you want to have certain posting logic behind this documents, you most probably would need to customize the system (e.g., by posting Letter of Guarantee you will post certain provision to G/L).
This functionality is available in IN database. If needed, reference can be taken up for the required development.
