IS there an app that can work with Dynamics that allows the employees to add time via mobile and then it can be viewed by manager on an online platform, sort of like how DayFORCE HCM works?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Dynamics 365 Business Central abd Dynamics 365 PSA has Timeshee capabilities. I am not sureif this is what your are looking for.

Other than this I don't think there is any out of box app available however you can create it from within Dynamics 365 or use Power apps. There are some paid versions available in market place if you want to give it a try.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi partner,

Since you said you want to add time on mobile and manage time in web client, you could try to use Task in D365.

For example, in an order, different employees have different tasks, and the manager needs to see the task completion of each employee in the order form, we could ask employees to create tasks related to this order in mobile Dynamics 365 for phone app.

This app is both available in App store and Google play.

Then let the employee open this app and login to D365, open the order they are working on, choose "TimeLine" tab and click on "+" button and select "Tasks".

Put in the information(the fields could be customized) and save&close.

Then the manager will be able to see the new created tasks in order form timeline.

And you could add more datetime fields in tasks to meet your requirements.

    Hope it helps,

    Best Regards,

    Leo
