The parameter is incorrect, getting this error while opening "Email sending status" form in AX2012

Hi All,

Getting the error "The parameter is incorrect" while opening "Email sending status" in AX2012 R3, attached is the error screen shot,

Kindly advise us how to resolve this error, we have tried debugging but haven't found anything.

    it seems that AX is struggling to get some parameters data from any parameters form/table.

    Can you double click that red colored error message or any debugging..?

    Hi All,

    There is no record in the SysEmailParameter table , as we dont want to send any emails as this is a DEV environment, while click on the red color error there is no "Edit" option in the Info, 

    We have compiled all Sys*** forms , tables and classes, 

    Is there any way to resolve this issue, please advise us.

    Hi, I suggest you to go to the AOT and try to open the form "SysOutgoingEmailTable" and see what happens.

    If you stil got the same error maybe you can put a breakpoint in:

    -The init method of the form

    -The init method of the form data source

    -The executeQuery method of the form data source

    As a general line, when I have this kind of issue I usually put a breakpoint in the Add method of the Info Class, since you are in DEV environment you should do this.
