NAV 2013 Order promising - blank Earliest Shipment Date

When using order promising I find that sometimes both Available-to-promise and capable-to-promise return a blank Earliest Shipment Date. Can anyone give me any clues as to why this happens?

    I guess that is because you already have the Shipment Date on the Sales Order Line

    Please check Latest updates like 15.. Microsoft has fixed some bugs in this area.
