if someone doesn't have a manager like CEO how to process there performance review form.

Hi Subhransu,
I have not had this question on a performance review before, but actually a similar case on timesheet approvals. At that time, we had a workflow with a condition. In a condition we evaluated if the worker had a manager or not. If yes, the manager should do the approval; otherwise it was assigned to another person who could delegate it to the correct person.
What is the exact challenge you have here on the performance reviews?
