Quick Query Missing

I have a customer that appears to have deleted a few of their Quick Queries.  The underlying views are still intact.  This is on SL2018.  Moreover, I also have a test database where the missing queries are still available. 

That said, does anyone have the tables for Quick Query?  Do they reside in the application(s) or system databases?  Please advise.  I'd like to test copying over the missing records.
