Resource request in Dynamics 365 for Operations

Hi, I have a question thats specific to Project management module in Dynamics 365 for operations. While I was doing my initial study on AX 7 I understand that there is a specific feature available to raise resource request and push it into a workflow, fulfill the request and track requests under my resource requests.

However I can not see those now in Dynamics 365 for operations. The parameter in projects module to enable workflow, the workflow, the menu items everything doesn't seem to appear. Does anyone know whether there is any specific activation that is needed to get this?

I would suggest to use updated version as most of the users of this group will not have this version to check this issue.
