Case Resolution: default value

Hi,

We are using the default case resolution dialog. 

On this dialog we would like to change the default value, or perhaps even make it so that the user has to select a different value.

How can this be done?

    Hey there,

    It most certainly is!

    I am able to change the default value via the case entity, but I'm not actually able to change it to blank. Which is exactly what I want.

    Do you know if that is possible via another way?

    Hello,

    I don't think if you have other options if you use OOB Resolve Case dialog.
