Real Time Marketing different Link Text

Dear community,
 
Yesterday we sent an email to many contacts. On the email there were serval links (neither the link text nor the link has dynamic fields).
On the overview it is shown that but the link text is different. It is numbered from #1 to #19 for one contact. 
 
 
Can someone explain me why this is happening here? Why isn`t there the original Link Text?

    Hi Partner,
    Maybe you need check 'URL' value of the link, check to see if it contains #  and where this symbol is located:
    The following are my test results:
    1) If i only put # into URL, i will get same result as you:
    2)If i remove '#' and populate it with link directly, or put "#" behind link, it can get normal link text:
