ERROR: Compliance is Subscription center based that doesn’t match the audience type of this email.

When creating my first e-mail in Real Time Marketing I receive the error below when I want to test send:

What did I do wrong? 

I have chosen to create a compliance setting based on a subscription center, but it looks like this audience type doesn't support that. Unfortunately, I can't find the audience type anywhere.

    Hi Robin,

    Could you please confirm that the email’s audience type is Lead?

    If so, you have to use Preference Page type Compliance.

    However, we are unable to create our own Preference Page type Compliance, so we have to use built-in default compliance which is Preference Page.

    Once you change the compliance of the email to default compliance, the error message will be gone.

    Hi Sayen,

    May I ask what about the Customer Insights segments? They use Customer Profile audience type. Can they use Subscription Center? Or if audience type is CustomerProfile, they can only use Preference Page?

    This works now! I had the audience on Leads so that was the issue.
