I have attempted the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Waiting for a period of time and retrying the operation.
- In some of our previous attempts an error with the 'Net Promoter Score' table occurred.
- Checking for active sessions and processes that might be accessing the 'Net Promoter Score' and 'Doc. Exch. Service Setup' tables.
- Scheduling the copy operation during off-peak hours to minimize potential conflicts.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists, and I am unable to successfully create the sandbox environment. The error first time occurred on 05 Jun 2024, 13:13:38 CEST
We have two production environments: one in the US and one in AT country/region. I do not encounter any problems when copying the Production Environment to Sandbox in the AT region.
