No journal lines were created

Dear All,

my user creating picking list journal,

when she click menu picking list, create lines,

info log show up 'No journal lines were created'

there are still item that not used yet, and those item not registered in any posted picking list journal.

how to correct this issue.

need your advice, thank you

    Firstly, when you create picking list check quantity field must be not =0

    also, check formula/bom lines quantity not =0

    at production control module, journal, picking list form, picking list menu, sub menu create lines, 

    there are no option for 'check quantity field must be not =0'

    and there are still remaining item with quantity > 0, that not being process yet.

    do you have any idea about this issue.

    found that there are picking list journal with status open,

    when I delete that, and process again, its run well.

    today, I have same issue, but I already check at picking list journal, and no journal has been created/posted.

    I check the quantity is still > 0, production status is started.

    do you know another things cause this ?

    Please Ignore this,

    already found out the issue,

    the quantity has been issue partial, but the picking list journal maybe accidentally deleted.

    that's why there are no created/posted journal pikcing list .

    generated by remaining quantity solve the issue.
