Sent message error - "The record in table Sent Email already exists"

We are sending statements to our customers, and the following errors appeared. I am trying to find out whether the statements sent out or not (one customer said they did). I tried to access the Sent Email table, but it appears not be accessible. Does anyone know anything on this?

    Are you running the system out of the box or do you have any customized code around this mail sending?

    There is some custom code that was done by another group around the statements. When that was run, it didn't email anything, then this was run through the Customer Statement.

    Then i would make sure to uninstall the custom code and try again using the standard functions.

    The error you are getting indicates some issue with customized code, i have never seen the standard system produce that error.

    Hi, This should be caused by customization and I recommend contacting your partner to work it out together.

    As for the issue of not being able to access Sent Email, have you set up User email policies?
