WMS portal mobile device not receiving

Hi , Im looking forward to make a demo with purchase order receipt on a mobile device.

After all the setup i did , now i can enter the WMS portal to simulate a mobile device , when i click on product receipt everithing seems to be ok after i enter the info on the device it sends the msg " Work Completed."

When i check it back in AX, the PO and the lines are still not received ( Open Order)

Even if i try to receive it again on the portal it sends the msg "cannot over receive."

Ive been looking for help but i didnt find any helpful info.

Can anyone help me please ?

It looks like you are trying to receive more the the qty ordered.

You can use an acceptance for over delivery. It has to be set up on the purchase line. You can also set a default on the item that is inherited to the purchase line.

Receiving on the terminals only posts an arrival journal. That means you have to post the receipt for the items to be received. Check your "line quantity" in your purchase order menu on the General pane to see if it is registered.

Ty for the response, but i still dont understand whats going on. In the Arrival Journal i have nothing. Its any configuration for update automatically the P.O? Where in the purchase line can i do the over delivery setup? im sorry but im so new at ax ! thanks

No, at first im trying to receive the exact qty of the PO.

Im trying to receive a PO with 1 line and only 1 item. The mobile device portal says the work was completed. But i dont see in AX any Journal created or product receipt as you say. And im wondering if it is other way to make the product receipt post automatically after i do the receipt on the mobile device.

As I recall, receive using the mobile device to do the PO receipt sets the status of the inventory transaction on the purchase order line to 'Registered', but this in itself is not enough to update of the the order line to 'Received'. To achieve this, after doing the receipt on the mobile device (and after making sure the purchase order is confirmed) post the 'Product receipt' for the 'Quantity' 'Registered'.

Purchase is confirmed now, when i want to receipt for quantit registered no lines are showed

No , i cant. once i get the receipt done on the WMS portal , wheneveri try to receive it again it sends mea over delivery error.
