Integration between customer service and supply chain management
Hi,
the standard dual write configuration is between Field service and Dynamics 365 SCM (Asset management module)
But, you can also activate this with Field service. So you can just follow some steps :
1. Activate the Power platform integration and the dual write from LCS
2. Navigate to Data management (D 365 FO)> Dual write and here you can add a new mapping (between two entities and then between the fields for each entities)
