Unable to Access Opportunities from the URL : https://org5b63aeaf.crm.dynamics.com

The problem is... when the user tries to access the opportunities in: https://org5b63aeaf.crm.dynamics.com/
the user gets this error:

Access Error
The system could not log you on. This could be because the specified user(Id = Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.) is disabled in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Consider enabling this user. Additional Details:

    Hello User,
     
    Is this issue for specific to all the opportunity records or user can not able to see specific opportunities. Also user can able to see other entity records correct?
     
    if user is not able to access anything then make sure user is enabled and need roles to access the records. If it is specific to all the opportunity records then user does not have enough privileges to access the opportunity entity. if user is not able to see some specific opportunity records then it is issue because of limited privilege on the opportunity entity.

    Hi there,
     
    Looks like your user is blocked.
     
    • Go to admin.powerplatform.com
    • From LHS select environment and open the environment and from there select settings from the top command bar
    • under setting select users and permission and select users
    • Search for the concerned user and select it
    • and in the top check whether the user is Enabled. See the Screenshot below:
    If the user is disabled, look for the option to Enable the user (this may appear as a button or an action item in the user’s profile).
