How to add the hidden text in the crm and call the hidden text on skype call using odata funtion in the javascript

Hi

All I want to add the hidden text field in crm 2015 form and want to call that hidden field on the Skype call event of contact no so as to concatenate the area code with the phone no to call on the skype.
