I would need to migrate from Microsoft Dynamic NAV 2016 to latest Business Central (cloud). I learned that I first need to upgrade to Business Central v14 (on-premise). My question is what kind of license do I need to purchase to be able to do the 1st migration (that is from Dynamic NAV 2016 to Business central v14)?

As far as I know, this requires a development license.
