From the production table list page when viewing Journals - Picklist or RAF AX allows the delete of posted journals.

This is causing us grief, as more users are processing we are finding the frequency of a posted journal being deleted increasing.

I could remove the delete by permissions but users need the ability to delete unposted journals, they may start something in error.

I would like a method to prevent this from happening.

Any Suggestions, Really appreciate this!

Hi Umer,

Here are the options I can think of:

1. User training

2. Security

3. Customization..on delete button that only imposted journals can be deleted.

I think you need to choose #3.
