Fail to pass Dynamics 365 URL to Channel Provider Widget

Hi all,

Has anyone tried to pass a dynamic URL to a channel provider widget? (Channel Integration Framework)

There are two ways mentioned in the documentation:

1. Add attribute in script tag (I want to avoid link in the code)

2. Add a  parameter to the landing page (I am wondering of)

I have difficulties with the second one. I expected that landing URL for the widget is the link which is configured in Channel Provider Configuration, attribute Channel URL. I passed in value something like https://myWidget.azurewebsites.net?ucilib=https://myCRM.crm4.dynamics.com/webresources/Widget/msdyn_ciLibrary.js. But it doesn't work. When I am trying to call API methods it says "Microsoft is not defined.." which means URL was not passed.

How should I configure this?

    Hi partner,

You could try to set the "ucilibucilib=crmorg.crm.dynamics.com/.../msdyn_ciLibrary.js" as parameter in "custom parameter" field.

    Hi partner,

I've found a solution for you here.

You should add Twilio app and add this url into parameter.
