Chart of Account and Limit-Total Filters

I'm wondering if I can get some help.

I'm noticing that when change the limit totals value in the CoA (chart of account), that there is no change to the Actual (Balance) column.  I came across this trying to do some work with JetReports.  Is there a process that needs to be run to trigger this updating?  Or is there a setup (checkbox) that needs to be done to enable this feature?

We're on NAV 2016.

Thanks,

These filters work on Net Change, if you check in your screen shot the values are different in Net Change & Balance.

Balance at Date & Net Change will get change as per you date filter and not the Balance column.

Thank you very much.  I overlooked that field.
