Solution upgrade failed - 'one or more indexes are currently in resumable index rebuild state'

Hi,

Our latest solution upgrade failed with the following error message:

Import failed: Cannot perform this operation on 'object' with ID 298809218 as one or more indexes are currently in resumable index rebuild state. Please refer to sys.index_resumable_operations for more details.

This error message seems related to the SQL Server under the hood. How do we resolve it?

For anyone who get something similar, after trying multiple times to upgrade the solution and getting the same error, we waited another 24h and tried again, successfully this time. Microsoft must have been running some kind of sql maintenance operation under the hood.
