My office is having almost 170 concurrent users using Microsoft Dynamic CRM - version-7.0.2.53 and 10 users are using Microsoft Dynamic NAV.
For CRM- Everday users are unable to mark complete in Leads. CRM is always slow.
Errors are below:-
1. Unexpected Error
2. Service Unavailable
3. Invalid ARGUEMENT
4.Business Process Error
5. Slowness
NAV is also slow. Sometimes network error.

HDD-320gb/500gb
OS-Win7/Win8.1/Win10
Office-MS office2016
Servers
1. NAV And CRM Server are in SQL and are in single database DEll server
2. Front End NAV in DEll Server
4. Front End CRM in single DEll server
Can anybody help immediately for permanent solution of the above issues
