I have created a new legal entity in D365 finance & operations and released a new product in the same. When I am shipping the transfer order, I am getting this error

"Transfer order - ShipmentTransfer No cost rollup is found for this item. Activate the item cost price."

I have already activated the cost through manage cost tab in released products.

Please, help!

Saksham,

Please check if your activated cost is connected to the Site that you are shipping your transfer order from. If not, you will need an activated cost at that Site before shipping.

I have already activated the cost for both "to" and "from" sites & warehouses used in transfer order, but error remains the same.

does your active cost date matches to transfer order ship date?

What is your inventory costing model?

I matched the dates & activated the cost price for from site, and it worked.
