Dear Team,
We are using LS NAV 2017 and all bar codes scanning on the POS machines are working except the Weighing scales barcodes
It happens once in three months.Once the weighing items for e.g. Pine Raw with 100gm is printed from the Scale and produced on the counter for Sales Transaction by the customer it will give output value of 10kg value that means the price is doubled and the customer gets confused.This is only having with Loose items but with any standard barcodes there isn't a problem.Second time if the item is scanned again it gives right output value.I am not able to solve this problem.This issue was there in NAV 5.0.Can anyone give me a solution to this matter.
