Hi There
D365 for Talent - Attract using the related search function from CDS to provide suggestions of candidates for jobs. Which data does this use?
Can Talent - Attract be set up to autoskill and parse CV’s?
Does this search look through the attached documents or just field data (skills etc)?

I have tested this functionality myself and it is quite effective, but recommendations would surface only when you have a minimum of 10 applicants on a job.

What I was really looking for was the ability to pick out metadata key words from the content of CVs (word or pdf format). For instance PRINCE2 from the skills, or qualifications or narrative within a CV. I would think that Azure services could do this, and certainly other more advanced recruitment platforms can do this. Imagine a recruiter uploading 50 CVs - they wouldn't want to go into each to analyse them, all in different formats, but it would be great if D365 could extract key words from each.
I am sure it will come soon if it isn't there yet.

Search functionality not only works with the OOB filters (Skills, School, Degree, Organization, Experience, Source, Candidate type, Talent pool, Silver medalist) but also scans the attached documents for the keywords entered.
