Hi All,

i have upgraded my code and DB on my development machine, and now am redeploying the D365FFO with application release 10.0.5, i have restored the demo database, and while deploying the AXSFType is generating error on the AOS.

error on service fabric cluster :

'System.RAP' reported Warning for property 'IStatelessServiceInstance.OpenDuration'. The api IStatelessServiceInstance.Open on node AOS_136 is stuck. Start Time (UTC): 2019-12-01 14:24:38.953.

the logs on the AOS servers are the below:

AX-DataAcess:

The description for Event ID 105 from source Microsoft-Dynamics-AX-DataAccess cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.DataAccess.SqlDataAccessServiceFactory.GetSqlDataAccessService()
at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Data.Sql.SqlSystemQueries.GetSystemUsage(Int32 durationInSeconds)

The publisher has been disabled and its resource is not available. This usually occurs when the publisher is in the process of being uninstalled or upgraded

    Hello Rahul,

I have the same error upgrading from 10.0.8 to 10.0.11, even after two retries.

Could you please clarify what you mean by "check your SQL Db service" and what should be restarted?

    Thank you and kind regards

    Tino

    Hi Mohammad,

I'm deploying Service Update 10.0.11 D365FFO on a customers productive system (as an Update from 10.0.8) and it failed twice with the following error in the Service Fabric Explorer on the AXService AOS replica:

'System.RAP' reported Warning for property 'IStatelessServiceInstance.OpenDuration'. The api IStatelessServiceInstance.Open on node dyn365-aos02 is stuck. Start Time (UTC): 2020-07-14 19:36:22.664.

On the AOS's event log, the dynamics AX data access stack event provider gives the following error once every minute until it fails:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object. stackTrace at Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.DataAccess.SqlDataAccessServiceFactory.GetSqlDataAccessService() at Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Data.Sql.SqlSystemQueries.GetSystemUsage(Int32 durationInSeconds)

    Hi Tino,

were you able to roll back ? and how did you intall this update ? you imported it from shared asset library ?

    Regards,

    Hi Mohammad,

yes, fortunately the rollback worked. The update is not from the shared asset library, but from the environment tile in the LCS project, where I created the package specifically for the environment. The package has already been deployed on the sandbox environment, so the error seems to be somewhere in the production environment.

Were you able to fix your error in december?

    Thank you and kind regards

    Tino

    Hi Tino,

i have updated my both environments two days ago, but i have imported it from shared asset library, then applied it UAT, then released candidate then updated my production, have you tried to restart all your service fabric cluster servers?

    Regards,
