I have 3 lookup fields-country,state and city.I want city to be filtered both with country and state, as we cannot apply lookup filter i made the city field as dropdown and applied the method used in http://arpitmscrmhunt.blogspot.com/2017/05/custom-lookup-filtering-in-adxstudiocrm.html, the filter works perfectly for first 10 records and displays every other record in the city dropdown, as json output can hold 10 records in a page it filters only that record....My question is how to use this filter for all the records
