Export a project to another tenant

Hi,

is it possible to export projects to another tenant ? 

I know we can copy a project to different environments, yet we would like to export it between tenants.

    Hello

    Sort of similar challenge:

    I just care about dataverse entities.

    I would like to move the data in another tenant ... issue come from Primary Key that get scrambled in the target msfp tables
