Hi All,

We are trying to attach something from AP , getting the below error :

"You are not authorised to access table ‘Attachment metadata’ (DynMRODocuRefMetaData). Contact your system administrator."

"DynMRODocuRefMetaData" table is related to Dynaway EAM (it seems it realted to ISV) , we have tried to Create extension in new project getting the below error :

Please advise us how we can resolve this error.

see if it can be access via system admin? if not then the object security permission needs to be reviewed

Thank you Rahul, i have tried with System Admin account only.

How we can review object security permission as it is not getting accessed or extended in the project.

Did you create model which references that model ? How ISV code is deployed? If you used deployable package for ISV code deployment , you cant see source code as its all binaries . if you want to see source code and modify the isv code you have to ask them for it.

Yes Ievgen , we have avlid configuration key enabled for this table, we are not able to access it. while trying to create in new project getting the the error like "No valid model could not be found..."

Thank you Sukrut, We are not able to see any model related to Dynaway in models, so we are unable to add the reference. we are able to see some deployable packages used for this ISV, so it means we have to request ISV for the issue "You are not authorised to access table ‘Attachment metadata’ (DynMRODocuRefMetaData). Contact your system administrator".

Is it correct? please advise us.

- Is your VS project using your own model / package? You can't create new elements on the Dynaway EAM package since they provide only binaries. And even if they provided source code you definetely should create your extensions in your own package.

- Does your package contain reference to "Dynaway EAM" package?

Yes, we are using our own model, we are unable to see any model related to Dynaway in models , so we are unable to add reference in our model ,

Does your package contain reference to "Dynaway EAM" package? - Where we can find he package details as we know more about models and models references.

Please advise us.

Did you try to Refresh models to update the model list?

If you still don't see it, I recommend you contact Dynaway and ask them for advice.

Yes Nikolaos , we have tried refreshing the models , still we are not able to see Dynaway model.

I think as per your suggestion we need to contact Dyanway.
