Posted on by

Hi All,

We are trying to attach something from AP , getting the below error :

"You are not authorised to access table ‘Attachment metadata’ (DynMRODocuRefMetaData). Contact your system administrator."

"DynMRODocuRefMetaData" table is related to Dynaway EAM (it seems it realted to ISV) , we have tried to Create extension in new project getting the below error :

You should discuss it with Dynaway.

No, its not required. In that case you should check if configuration  key is enabled , if that's enabled and you are still  getting same error then you should contact Dynaway.

Are you getting this error on UI with some limited security ? If that is the case try to add this table in table permissions for that particular role .

Thank you Nikolaos, we are able to see a model with another and package is [Dynaway EAM common], we have added the reference in our model , but still we are getting the same below error :

    Dynaway.png

Do we need to contact Dynaway for this or is there any resolution for this .

    Please advise us.

    Regards,

    Akbar

One more thing - maybe the Dynaway model is in a package that has some "unexpected" name. So it makes sense to scroll through the whole package list and try to look for it.

In the list you see first the package name, and on its right side you will see all models in that package (in brackets).
