Greetings,
I have a customer who wants to generate a word document for the customer work order. This was accomplished using Settings --> Templates --> Document Template. I followed the process listed in "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/using-word-templates-dynamics-365" to generate the document. One of the sections, which has all the Work Order Service Items, brings in all the items as shown below.
The customer would like to have the document generated as ...
Example: ...
Keep in mind that the list of items will more or less remain the same for all the work orders. The example assumes that one can filter the fields in the word document template. I have not been able to crack the code on it.
Any help / guidance is appreciated.

I am afraid there is no supported way of achieving this.
Probably you need to check if a custom macro with VB can do this.
Try with Word Macros else contact MS.
