Human resources shared parameters

I trying to find the logic and working of the form below:
When I click on Update tax data, it update the tax on payroll and so I need to know how and which file, it is taking and class used.
How it is working and what is the update.

    Maybe got to "PayrollSetup" class and put a break point on this method "loadBaseTaxData"  -- see if it gets called once u click on this button
