Hi ALL,
In AX 2012, I want to disable a financial dimension based on condition,that is for a project order whose status = Estimate,I want a financial dimension to be editable for that particualr PO and for for the rest of the POs I want it to editable. Can someone please explain in detail how can I achive this?

To use fin dim differently, you need to create separate account structure accordingly.

What's the underlying reason for this requirement?
Just by reading your issue the ability to edit a particular transaction does not make sense and you can accommodate this issue possibly through a subsequent manual correction posting.
Would be great if you could elaborate on the underlying issue.
