Can I download and use D365 FO with demo data for training for personal use?

I am in a new ERP position that uses D365 FO but wanted to understand and learn about this. My goal is to learn D365 FO at home by downloading it and using demo data. This would be for personal training purposes but not sure if this can be done.

any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
