Hi
Attempting do a Test Send of a Marketing Email using a new Email Template we've been working on results in this error:
HTML: This message has HTML content which is too large.
Is there any way to know what "too large" is? Is it the size of the email? Length (or amount) of HTML Markup?
Can we adjust the limit?
Thanks.
Thanks for the replies.
We've made attempts to mitigate this error by minifying our HTML, separating our CSS to external sources, and simply reducing the content of our emails.
If we need to have longer emails, we'll attempt to refactor our HTML Templates to meet the size limitations.
Cheers.
Tony.
Hi,
This limit is documented here (in the box marked "important"): docs.microsoft.com/.../email-design
Hi tony,
I tested in my environment and have found 2 scenarios that will throw such error.
Anyway, the size of marketing email is limited under 100 KB, you can find the note here:
So to avoid our emails being flagged as spam or truncated, the text size is restricted to be set to larger.
But referenced image content is not restricted.
