at 1.00 AM the refresh starts, usually it takes 2-3 hours to end. All the activities are refreshed successfully - without errors.
Now it is 14.20 PM and the system shows that the refresh is still running, while the "last refresh" tab shows 10hours ago, and there's no activity still refreshing.
How can we do to stop the refresh? the platform is not usable while refreshing and it seems to not end the refresh!
We have the same problem for some time on one of our test environments. Everyday the sheduled refresh seems to run, because all the 'last updated' stamps are updated, but we keep the message 'Scheduled refresh is running on the environment' and the option for starting a manual 'refresh all' is greyed out. It looks indeed like the refresh 'hangs' on something on the end of the process.
We also would like to know what is causing this issue and how we can únlock the refresh process.
