We have an issue where we have a rule that if a purchase order is in Pending Approval, no more changes can be made to the PO. Our users work in Offline Mode in the Field Service Mobile app and make changes to the PO, submit it for approval and then sync. The issue is that sometimes the Pending Approval change lands in CRM Online before the other changes. Once the PO changes to Pending Approval, no more changes that were made to the PO actually land in CRM Online. Is there a way to control in which order the changes land? Or any other solutions to avoid this problem?
Which mobile application are you using?
Field Service (Xamarin) aka Resco. Or are you using the new Field Service Mobile app from Microsoft?
We’re using the Resco app
Im not sure what the latest version the Field Service Resco App is at the moment but you are able to control sync order in version 12.3.1

There is a section called 'Custom upload order' in the link above. If the Field Service Resco App is below this version then I dont think there is a simple way of acheiving it.
What I have done in the past is to create internal flag fields. So only triggering something if a flag is set to 'Yes' or 'No', to ensure things get executed in the right order
