Need help in Real time service of Retail POS in Dynamics AX 2012 R2

I am configuring "RTS" in retail in ax 2012 r2.
I have followed all the blogs but its still giving me the same msg "13010 could not connect to the transaction server"

I have followed this blog and tried to configure it.

Make sure you have the right server name and related setup in the Real time service profile. Try to change the passphrase.

Hi Sumit,

I have right setup in RTS profile and also changed the passphrase but its no working.
