Business Central - Intercompany Posting Error

Hello, 
I am new to BC. I am getting the following error when I try to review posted entries in outbox in the sending company and try to send them to intercompany partner. 
The error message says "it was not possible to find the IC inbox transactions of partner ". All the setups look ok. What are the other ways to test the setup? Thanks.

    Hello,
    This error means the receiving IC company is not being resolved correctly, even if setup looks fine. Most commonly, the IC Partner Code does not exactly match the receiving company name, the Inbox Type is mismatched (Database vs File), or the IC Partner Company field is missing/wrong on the IC Partner Card. To test, try sending a simple IC General Journal, verify Intercompany Setup is enabled in the receiving company, and ensure both companies are mutually set up with matching IC Partner Codes. If BC says it can’t find inbox transactions, it usually means nothing was received at all, so focus on partner mapping and inbox configuration.

    Manage the Intercompany Inbox and Outbox
    Alternatively, you can have the developers debug it; this will help you quickly find the problem.
