Custom Entity is not appearing in list of tables for real time marketing triggers

Hi,
 
I 've created a new table that I wanted to use as a trigger in journey. When a record is created on that new table.
However, it is not appearing in the list of tables for triggers.
Is there anything that I need to do for it to appear?
I have the same question (0)

    - There should also be a lookup attribute to the audience.
     
    - Please ensure that you have published all customizations.
    - I would suggest using a system administrator role to confirm that there are no access-related issues with the table.
    - Please sign out and sign back in.
     
     
    A custom table, nothing special

    1.Enable Change tracking on the custom table:
    2.Go to Settings > Data management > Dataset configuration.
