Both horizontal and vertical lines layout in NAV 2017 Report

Hello Guys,

I am making a report for a customer and I would like to ask a question if his layout of the report is even possible to do in NAV. I need to have both horizontal and vertical layout of lines which will look more or or less like this:

1. Each square will be one line from the table where LineType = Header and I have to display all the Line headers in the squares (max 3 squares in line)

2. Each square will also consist of lines where LineType = Line (and some other key). It will be fixed number of lines in these squares.

Is it even possible to do in NAV? Is there any similar report that I can use in NAV? If it's possible how it would be presented in Excel?
