 I need to create a new work order , but this error message appears / Missing service level setup for asset /  while I already set up service levels from Asset Managment > setup > work order > service level . but when I open my Asset , I can't edit both two fields  of work order ( service level , criticality ) , what is the problem and what is the solution.

    Hi,
    I tried it in the test environment. You should be able to edit service levels, but not criticality. This is explained in the official documentation. Asset criticality is related to assets and is transferred to work orders. It can't be changed on a work order.

    Hi, for the error messages, please follow the instructions in the MS document below and apply the correct setup (Maintain a default record with only service level value) so you will not get the error message.

    I am getting this error.  I have entered values on all the fields to complete the setup for Asset Management.  Will someone share their expertise on how to fix it?
