Recently we encountered a weird issue in which Liveassist chat within Dynamics 365 is not loading in a Azure VM (2012r2). The CRM Dynamics 365 window opens and as soon as we click on the Liveassist chat window to open, the weblink goes it to a loop going to login.microsoftonline.com and then back to Liveassit url and so on, it goes in a loop for some time and then stops on the user name and password screen which then does not accepts the creds.
I removed login.microsoftonline.com from trusted site of a user but then SSO stops working but Live assist loads correctly but that means users has to enter the creds at multiple sceen.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi RK,
Is anything logging in the browser console window? Also you can check the network tab if any URL is blocked.
