Dear All,

while generating Pay Statement for month of December (1-12-2018 to 31-12-2018) im getting: (Fiscal period  is not open./ Date  is not in an open fiscal period.)

i have checked the ledger calendars and December period for month of December 2018 is already opened. can i know what is the issue?

    Dear Omar,

    did you check if you have the same date everywhere? Did you check if you maybe have used December 2019 instead of 2018? Another thing you could check is the module access level in the ledger calender, if the access level is set to "<none>" it doesn't work either. Make sure that you open the period of the correct calender by checking the general ledger setup -> ledger -> calender. Check this and let me know if it worked, please.

    thanks for the replay, its december 2018 and the module access is ALL and also the period is opened, honestly i don't know what is the issue.

    the issue was that the Payment date was not defined in pay statement
