What permissions are needed to create incoming document from ifle

I would like to let a kid working in my company afternoons after school scan invoices and create incoming documents in my NAV 2016 by uploading PDF files.

So far I have only been able make this possible if I give this kid super user permissions, but that seems not right that such a basic job requires super user permissions.

I admit that I know very little about permissions sets, so any info that will enlighten me will be appreciated.

Refer following link to create the proper permission sets using wizard.
