The first key was not there
The second key was there.
I have reinstalled NAV 2009 R2 to create the first key but without succes. After this i created this key manually. After that still no succes.
NAV 2009 R2 RTC works fine.

Can you confirm that the two registry keys shown below exist, this is where Zetadocs checks what the currently installed version of NAV is.
For version: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\DynamicsNav60
For path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe
No, only one version.
