Problem with setting up an Email router

Hallo, when I'am trying to setup the Email router for our MS Dynamics CRM 2011 with the Rule Deploument wizzard, I can go through the first pane, where an URL of the MSD Server should be written.

The message says: The Rule Deployment Wizzard was unable to connect to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Verify that the URL http://crm.mycompany.cz:8880/MYCompany is correct and consistent with the selected deployment type. (The provided url did not return any Service Endpoints!).

But in IE the URL http://crm.mycompany.cz:8880 works fine, also in Outlook client (32bit) it works... strange is, that in outlook client 64bit also appears similar message when I am trying to connect...

Does anybody has any idea what could be wrong? Thanks and have a nice day!

    Hello Jan,

    Please verify the following:

    1. There is no  firewall/proxy blocking the connection to the CRM server.

    2. You have selected My Company in the Deployment Type of the Forwarding Rules Wizard.

       A. Only Select Online Provider if you use CRM Online, or CRM is Hosted Outside of your organization.

    3. The Organization name is correct in the URL.

    4. You are currently logged into Windows with a CRM user account.

    5. The CRM Server URL is listed in the Local Trusted Sites

You may want to look at capturing a Fiddler trace, and/or enabling Tracing on the CRM Server, as they may give you move details.

    Best Regards,
