Collection in AR - Customer Aging Snapshot

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create Customer Aging Snapshot for Collections where I am not able to see the the 'Pool ID' in drop down which I have created in customer pool master under collections. Can any one help ?

    Hello Khushi,

    Can you setup a pool with a different type than 'collections' and then try again?

    Hi Ludwig,

    Thanks a ton for your quick reply every time.

    I tried with pool type 'Aging Snapshot' and its correctly appearing in the aging snapshot form drop down. However, since the pool type is not collection anymore, its not appearing in drop down of collection agent form 'Pool ID'.

    Do I have to create same customer pool with both the types like once with pool type 'Aging Snapshot' and another with 'Collections'.

    Hello Khushi,

    Many companies setup two customer pools with the same name but different types. There is nothing wrong with that.
